Antonio Rodriguez Jr.

Antonio Rodriguez Jr. passed on January 7, 2021 in San Antonio. He was born in Benavides, TX to Emma G. and Antonio V Rodriguez Sr. on December 21, 1939. He was married to Constance A. Rodriguez.\r\n\r\nAt the age of 17 with his Mother's signature, he joined the United States Army to serve his Country. After his time in the Army was over, he joined the National Guard and served many years. Upon retiring from the National Guard, he worked as a Union Master Carpenter for 35 years.\r\n\r\nAntonio is preceded in death by his first wife Celestina R Barabe, his parents Emma G. Rodriguez and Antonio V. Rodriguez Sr., his brother Roberto Rodriguez and sisters Alma G. Rodriguez and Juanita Pais.\r\n\r\nAntonio is survived by his sisters, Jessie R. Davidson and Adelfa Sanchez; children, Antonio Rodriguez III (Debbie), Cynthia Curiel (Joe), and Sylvia R. Davila; his grandchildren, Michelle Curiel, Antonio Rodriguez IV (Jennifer), Joseph Curiel, Jennifer L. Rodriguez, Celestina R. Davila Guevara (Orestes), Michael Curiel (Leticia); his great grandchildren, Kylie M. Pierce, Amaya C. Pierce, Lauren A. Richter, Zoey Curiel, Morgan Curiel, Averie Curiel, Laney D. Rodriguez, Maximo O. Guevara, Roman C. Guevara; great great grandchildren, Zayden M. Pierce, John M. Bunner, and Xavien Ortiz. His Spouse, Constance' children Larry A. Adamietz, Jonathan E. Adamietz, grandchildren Alexis Adamietz, Benjamin Adamietz\r\n\r\nA Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 22, 2021, 10:00AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels, Bandera, Texas with Rev. Msgr. Frank Kurzaj officiating. Burial on Saturday, January 23, 2021, 1:00 PM at Benavides Cemetery, Benavides, Texas. \r\n
