Arjelia Tovar Rodriguez, 79, of Bandera, passed away on May 13, 2020 in San Antonio. She was born in Mexico to Manuel and Diamantina Rodriguez Tovar on October 9, 1940. She married Heliodoro (Lolo) on January 3, 1957 in Mexico. \r\n\r\nShe worked for Albert Alkek at Flying A Ranch for over 20 years. She also worked at OST and El Jacalito for many years. \r\n\r\nArjelia Tovar Rodriguez is preceded in death by her husband Lolo Rodriguez and daughter Maria Rodriguez Briley. \r\n\r\nArjelia Tovar Rodriguez is survived by her 3 children: Norma Rodriguez of Bandera, Lolo Rodriguez of Helotes, and Rick Rodriguez of San Antonio; grandchildren: Joe Anthony Rodriguez and spouse Belinda Rodriguez, Jesse Rodriguez, Krystina Rodriguez and spouse Albert Cruz, Daniel Rodriguez and spouse Star Rodriguez, Vanessa Rodriguez, Richard Rodriguez, Cory Rodriguez and Heidi Rodriguez, Christopher Rodriguez; great grandchildren: Joe Rodriguez and spouse Jennifer Rodriguez, April Rodriguez, Nalyzza Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez,Aj Cruz, Zoey Cruz, Kaitlyn Rodriguez, Jazmyne, Anna, and Tatyana Kamau, and Evan Rodriguez.\r\n\r\nVisitation will be 6pm to 8pm Friday May 15, 2020 at Grimes Funeral Chapels, Bandera, Texas.\r\n\r\nA Rosary service will be held on Saturday May 16,2020, 10:30 am at Grimes Funeral Chapels, Bandera, Texas.
