Brett Charles Walker, 64, of Bandera, Texas, died on April 22, 2026.

Brett was born in Salina, Kansas in 1962 to William Walker and Carmen Ortiz. He lived many places before graduating high school in Pflugerville, Texas and continuing his education at the University of Texas. He built a career as a master craftsman, creating some of the most beautiful floors and remodels. He lived his life devoted to God, and was known for his generosity and kind heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone. He had many passions, but what he loved most was spending time with family, going to church at Ridin’ the River Cowboy Fellowship, and being outdoors.

Brett was preceded in death by his parents, baby brother Jesse, daughter Chanel, and grandmother Opal. He is survived by children Seth Walker, Cheyenne and husband Brendan Williams, Savannah and partner Isaiah Meissner, Chase Walker, and Chrissy Walker, grandchildren Gavin, Jack, Mason, Teagyn, Waylon, Maya, Alyssa, Jonathan, Ariel, Kellyah, and Chance, stepmother Linda Walker, siblings Brock Walker, Dale Walker, Asheley Walker, Colby Strong, Zachary Walker, and Cory Walker.
