Deborah Ann Spoonire, 68, of Bandera, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on August 10, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 27, 1956, to Donald and Joan Blackenship, Deborah lived a life full of love and devotion to her family.
She married the love of her life, Bobby Spoonire, on April 16, 1983, in Pipe Creek, Texas, and together they built a beautiful life. A dedicated homemaker, Deborah’s warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Deborah is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Spoonire, and her parents, Donald and Joan Blackenship. She leaves behind a loving family: her son, Bobby Woodie, and his wife, Alli; her grandchildren, Sgt. Mark Woodie U.S.M.C, Robby Woodie and his wife, Cailin, Mackenzie Woodie, Amanda Meyer and her wife, Aly, and Melinda Invergo and her husband, Alex; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Hazel, Ryder, and Emmy. Deborah is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close.
A celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the love she shared with those around her.
Deborah’s legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
