Donald James Williams

Donald James Williams, 65, of Bandera, TX., passed away on Friday August 11,2023, at his home. Donald was born to Gene and Nell Williams on March 27, 1958, in Lincoln, Nebraska, and raised in Houston, Tx after 1968.

Donald, personally known to many as Don, was a self-made Jack of all trades who blessed many with his hand crafted wooden treasures. He will be remembered as a dedicated hard-worker which he instilled into all of his children. Many fond memories were shared around a pool table where he taught his children and grandchildren to play. He will be greatly missed by all of his family.

Don is survived by his partner of 28 years Irene, daughter Michelle (Hugo) Williams Cardenas-Ruderer, son Justin (Liza) Williams, son Kyle (Jenny) Williams, daughter Sarah (Christian) O’Leary, daughter Stephanie Williams, son Joshua (Jackie) Williams, and many loving grandchildren.

He is also survived by his mother Nell Williams, sister Susie Williams, brother Jeff Williams, and brother Greg (Nur) Williams. Don was predeceased by his father Gene Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Irene Williams’ home on Sept. 2, 2023.
