Erna Flach

Erna Flach, 96, of Bandera, passed away on December 28, 2016 in Bandera. She was born in Sisterdale, TX to Gretchen and Charles Boerner on August 31, 1920. She married Frederick Flach on April 12, 1941 in Comfort, TX.\r\n\r\nErna is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick; 2 sisters and 3 brothers; great granddaughter, J.C. Gray and son in law, Monte Cowsert.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by daughters, Bernice Flach Cowsert and Barbara Flach Lestourgeon, both of Bandera; son, Freddie Glen Flach and his wife, Mary Alice of Pipe Creek; 9 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.\r\n\r\nA visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera. A reception will follow at the Methodist Church.\r\n\r\nMemorials may be givin to Pipe Creek Little League, Bandera Little League or a charity of your choice.\r\n\r\n
