Fred Davis Jr.

Mr. Fred Davis of Fredericksburg, Texas passed away at 7:00am on the 2nd of October 2017 at the age of 78. Fred was born in Denver, Colorado to Fred Davis Sr. and Ruth Davis on May 16th, 1939. Fred graduated from Allen Academy in Bryan College Station and then on to Lon Morris Jr. College in Jacksonville, Texas where he graduated in 1961 with an Associate of Arts Degree. \r\n \r\nThis Vietnam Veteran served as a radar technician on B52's which led to 25 years of service in the Federal Aviation Administration. \r\n \r\nFred survived by his two sons, Eddie Davis from Grand Prairie and Brett Davis from Baton Rouge. Also by two close friends, Kay Perry from Houston and Roy Crenwelge of Fredericksburg. Fred is also survived by his sister, Sue Baier of Houston and his granddaughter, Riley Davis of Grand Prairie. \r\n
