Jo Vlasek

Jo Ann Vlasek, age 73, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in Kerrville. She was born December 20, 1941 in San Angelo, TX to Fred and Ila Ray (Perry) Asbury.\r\n \r\nShe was a devoted Christian and of the Baptist faith. She loved to read, hunt, fish and to crochet.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include husband, David Vlasek of Hunt; son, David Vlasek and wife, Sandra of Pearland, TX; sisters, Sue White of Alabama, Cindy Asbury of Ft. Worth, Lynn Mayhall of Houston, Betty Cowart of Somerset, TX and Shirley Pittman of San Antonio; brother, Kenny Asbury of Luckenbach, TX and grandchild, Hunter Chase Vlasek.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be held from 1-3 PM with services following at 3 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Rev.
