Kenneth Orval Brown, Jr., passed away on July 16, 2026, in Pipe Creek, Texas. He was born on December 12, 1946, in Levelland, Texas, to Kenneth Orval Brown, Sr. and Dorothy Brown.

Kenneth attended Whiteface High School before earning a degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University. He later received a degree in Earth Sciences from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He dedicated 20 years of his career to teaching science at South San ISD, where he inspired countless students.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Orval Brown, Sr. and Dorothy Brown, and by his sister, Keitha.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph (Brianna) Brown and Daniel Brown; his sister, Nancy Myers; his grandchildren, Brooks (Rebecca) Brown, Gage Brown, Andrew (Mackenzie) Brown, Kaylee Brown, and Harper Brown; as well as numerous nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2026, officiated by Pastor Mark Caronna, at Bandera Funeral Chapel in Bandera, Texas. Burial will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Brown, Brooks Brown, Gage Brown, Chris Myers, Matt Erben, and Kole Erben.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Bandera Funeral Chapel.
