Leroy Sanders

Leroy K. Sanders, 90, passed away on July 30, 2020 in Lakehills, Texas. He was born in Hare, Texas to Charles and Tennie Hargrove Sanders on December 23, 1929. He married Lillian Milne on November 20, 1955 in Bay Shore, New York.\r\n\r\nLeroy retired from the Coast Guard after 20 years of service.\r\n\r\nLeroy Sanders is survived by his wife, Lillian Milne Sanders; children, Cathy Sanders, Kenny Sanders and Michael Sanders; grandchildren, Ryan Sanders, Erin Sanders, Renessa Sanders; great grandchildren, Vandin Sanders, Ruger Sanders and Willa McMillan.\r\n\r\nServices will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera with Pastor Cliff Hargrove officiating. Visitation will precede the service from 10 AM-1PM. Burial at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio will be held at a later date. \r\n
