Linda Marie Chanack

Linda Marie Chanack, 77, of Elmendorf, Texas, passed away on June 1, 2025 in Elmendorf. She was born in San Antonio, Texas to George and Ruby Gunn on June 8, 1947. She married Clyde Chanack on August 7, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas.

She graduated East Central High School in 1965. Linda was a loving wife, mother and friend who enjoyed traveling, writing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Linda is preceded in death by her beloved husband Clyde and her brother Wayne Gunn.

She is survived by her daughters Kelly and Sara, her son Vincent, sons-in-law Richard Taylor and Shawn Roberts, her sister and brother-in-law Florence and Mike Dunlevy, her granddaughters Savannah and Sierra Chanack, and many, many more beloved friends and family.

Visitation will be held at 9:00am on Friday, June 6, 2025 at Bandera Funeral Chapel in Bandera, Texas.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 10:00am.

Burial will follow at Tarpley Cemetery in Tarpley, Texas.
