Beginning in 1977, Lloyd served his community for 17 years as a Volunteer Paramedic and for several years filled the role of State Instructor and Skills Examiner, educating other fellow EMS personnel.

Lloyd loved the Lord with his whole heart, faithfully serving Him as an Elder of his Church for many years where he was a member of "Friendship Bible Chapel" in Kerrville, Texas for almost 30 years. Everyone that knew Lloyd will tell you how truly blessed they were to have known him, and how much he will be missed.
