Matthew Thalmage Weaver

Matthew T. Weaver of Bandera went to be with his Heavenly Father on December 22, 2025, passing peacefully at home at the age of 25. Matthew was born on August 24, 2000, in San Antonio, Texas to Frank and Sanya Weaver.

He graduated from Bandera High School and later pursued additional education through online college courses. Matthew will be remembered for his gentle spirit, warm heart, joyful nature and wittiness. He had a way of bringing light to those around him and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Matthew found comfort and enjoyment in music, true crime podcasts and audiobooks. He was also an immense Harry Potter fan, a love he shared with his dad. He was a devoted lover of animals and often helped others to care for them.

Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmother Olivia Berube Schuiteman.

Matthew is survived by his parents Frank and Sanya Weaver, his brothers David Crook and Jeremy Style with their families, his grandparents Stan and Pernnie Bell and many other beloved family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Bandera Funeral Chapel. Family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 10am with the memorial service to follow at 11am.
