Pieter Wouden

Pieter Justin Wouden, 53, of Rapid City, South Dakota, passed away in Gaines County on April 8, 2021. He was born in Rapid City, South Dakota to Pieter C. Wouden and Claudia Leonard Smith on November 7, 1967. Pieter Wouden proudly served his country in the Army and Marines during Desert Storm. He was also a member of the motorcycle club, Leathernecks. Pieter was preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Leonard Smith. He is survived by his father, Pieter C. Wouden of South Dakota; sisters, Callie and London; aunt and uncle, Chanda and Derek Gravitt , Sr.; cousins, Derek Gravitt, Jr., Treece and Dustin Phelps, Kaiya Phelps, Arthur Phelps, Crystal Gravitt, Christopher Gravitt, Alex Gravitt and his Leatherneck Brothers, Udi, Gringo, Tech, Doza, Turtle, Shepherd, Master Guns, Ojos, Grizz, Drop and Drop Kick. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 1, 2021, 10:00 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels, Bandera, Texas with full Military Honors and Patriot Guard of San Antonio. A reception will follow at the Bandera Brewery, 3540 TX 16, Bandera, Texas, 78003.
