Visitation for Richard Lee Marshall, age 76 of Harper, who passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 in a Kerrville care center will be held 3-5 PM, Friday, March 10, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels. A private burial at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
