Ronald LeRoy Snavley of San Antonio, Texas passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022.

Ron was born in Laredo, Texas to Neil N. and Clara Snavley. Growing up Ron traveled with the family extensively throughout the United States.

Ron Graduated from Gulf Breeze High School in Florida in 1972.

Ron returned to Texas with the family in 1975. He was proud to be a Texan and never wanted to leave Texas.

Ron loved his family and friends and was blessed to be co-guardian to Allen James French. Ron will be greatly missed and remembered.

Ron loved his Savior, Jesus Christ and would often pray to Jesus, “Thank you for Your love, Your mercy, Your grace and Your forgiveness.”

Ron is preceded in death by his father, Neil Snavley and brother Roger Alan Snavley. He is survived by his mother Clara Snavley of Pipe Creek, Texas, and sisters, Deidra Mitchell of Hermitage, Tennessee and Lavonne Snavley of Pipe Creek, Texas. Ron is survived by Allen French, and nephews Patrick Ryan (Angela) Mitchell, Matthew Shane Mitchell, and Neil Anthony (Jessie) Mitchell. He is also survived by great-nephews Jonas Luke Mitchell, Joseph Maximus Mitchell, Michael Logan Mitchell, and Henry Rhodes Mitchell.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Friday, June 24, 2022, at Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel in Bandera, Texas. Memorial Service will be at 2 PM, Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Christ Chapel 844 Hwy 173 S, Bandera, Texas. All are welcome to a reception to follow
