Tiffany Nicole De Hart

Tiffany Nicole De Hart passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the age of 43. Tiffany was born in San Antonio, TX, on December 28, 1981, to Barbara and Dennis Vessels. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Vessels. Tiffany is survived by her husband, Jeff, and their three children, Ian, Avery, and Piper. Her mother, Barbara; her sisters, Tammy and Tracy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will begin at 10 am with services starting at 11 am on Friday, June 27th, at Bandera Funeral Chapel, 1214 Mulberry St., Bandera, TX 78003. Interment to immediately follow.
